How The New "smash Bros." Fighters Can Use Adventure Race Training

By Rob Sutter

E3 has definitely kept my attention recently and it is all because of the slew of games which are on the horizon right now. When it comes to the particular titles, though, I believe that "Super Smash Bros." has kept me attentive more than any other. A series that has featured gaming's most iconic characters in a fighting environment is one that will spawn a new game soon enough. With new fighters coming into the fray, how can adventure race training help in them in anticipation?

Mega Man has definitely staked his place as the biggest of the debuted characters in this game. It's not hard to see why, considering that he is owned by Capcom - not Nintendo - and that the fans have been clamoring for him for so long. Along with Sonic the Hedgehog, it's hard to point out anyone else who has had such a great demand. This mechanical warrior is definitely going to have to work in order to compete, so let's hope that he isn't shy to limber up.

Someone who may already be limber is another debuting character, the Animal Crossing personality simply known as the Villager. Those who have played through the games know who this generic character is all about; he is, in essence, your avatar. However, with such items as a bug-catching net at his disposal, it's not like he is shy about engaging in physical activity. That being said, there is one other who is more linked to exercise than any other that one can possibly think of.

The Wii Fit Trainer was even more unexpected by me because she's not the kind of character I would have thought could work in a fighting game. She is akin to the people in instructional tapes, telling you the best ways to exercise. However, I think that this is what is able to make her a safe bet as far as events such as Spartan Race are concerned. To me, I think that her limberness and athleticism alike can come together in order to make her a viable contender in adventure race training.

No matter whom you're looking about when it comes to the upcoming "Smash Bros." title, I don't think anyone can disagree with the impact that adventure race training can have. It will be able to test you for when you actually find yourself in an event that will push to your limits and perhaps then some. These three characters definitely had varying levels of reception from the crowd. However, I'm sure that gamers are going to be interested in seeing how they fare in the long run.
