Commuter Bikes Beats Other City Travel

By Eric Santucci

I admittedly used to be rather naive in the way of my professional future. I was under the impression that it wouldn't be too difficult for me to find a well-paying job that resided not too far from my house. However, now that I know more, it's more apparent that any prospective job opportunities will be in the city if anything. But when I find that job in the city that's right for me, I'll need to have a way of getting to it. The simplest yet most effective way of doing this, however, seems to be using a commuter bike.

Although I wasn't always an avid city traveler in the past, this mindset has largely changed now that I've explored cities more. Originally I found the cities to be rather daunting because of the crowds and because of how large the cities are in general. However, I've gotten past that and have really begun to see how entertaining and professionally opportunistic the cities are. On my most recent trips into the city, I've done anything ranging from visiting museums to historical buildings, as well as all the other aesthetically appealing locations that the city has to offer.

During another trip, I actually began to take in some of the other historical sites and state parks that are in some of the cities. This changed my entire outlook on the city because I thought that it was mostly crowds and high-tech noise galore. But I rented a stylish commuter bike to traverse these parks and travel from site to site quicker and it made me enjoy the sites more. Rather than taking a taxi or subway to get everywhere, I found that my enjoyment of the city was enhanced through commuting with a bicycle.

The benefits of city biking is something that commuters everywhere should try to enjoy while getting around the city. If nothing else, they should consider the health value of using a bike rather than a car or other means to travel. No longer will someone have to struggle for time to exercise; now, they can do so on the way to work. State of the art city bikes, like those made by Linus save time for busy workers by allowing a cheap means of travel that allows exercise to be done at the same time.

The city is a big place with a lot of commuting workers, tourists and students seeking a quick and efficient way of navigating around. But the obvious choice for these people is to utilize the function of a commuter bike, which can have the dual function of allowing an enjoyable, brisk ride through the city on top of getting to work.
