Top Nine Best Obstacle Course Races

You love to do some outdoor activities where you will enable yourself to practice your speed and the ability to think fast so you can withstand and prevent from being outrun or hit by the best obstacle course races. Most socially when this is one kind of the military combined. Wherein the challenger has to lift weights like how the military people do before they can pass the course.

Who would not want to wade through the mud, right. This is the time where you have to slow your speed or you will fall face down to the mud that will cover you dirty. You have to be fast. However, you must be careful so you will not fall of the mulch that will just slow your progress.

You may as well bring some backpack and put a lot of weight in it. And have therm carried by your challengers all the way from the first kilometer to the fifth. This is perfect so the stamina of these people will be tested. You can put anything that you want. Iron bars, stones, or whatever you like.

It is also the perfect idea for you to bring frights to the arena. If you love the zombie apocalypse, then you can have them visit the place. You may scare the hell out of the players but this is going t perk everything up. To make the challenge a little more challenging since they will move with speed.

For a few bouts of cardio exercises, you may need to bring the challengers down. You need some Spartans to guard the area so that no possible break in will happen. And these Spartans have to bring the pillow or an object that shall be used to hit these challengers.

For a little exciting race, you have to have a pathway that is coated with a viscous substance. This will make the path slimy that will make it way too hard to pass through. All because the people will slide off the path covered in the substance. This, more often than not will stall the challengers.

The net is also going to be challenging especially when the speed and the stamina are tested here. They have to climb the top and then move, having the net as their passage way. This is going to be hard, take that in mind. Come to think of it, if wall climbing is hard, then how much more with net climbing.

If you have seen those movies where the actor will be trained to be a solider, you will notice them crawling beneath barb wires. They will have to crawl in the muddy area and dock as low as they could. So that they will not get hit by the barb wires that are known to be pretty damaging since they cut skin.

There is also the warrior dash that is designed to pull your muscles. This is the time in best obstacle course races where you have to beat the other competitions through the speedy movement that you have acquired. You have to move your legs fast so you can make it to finish line as the first. The problem with this, is you will need to outrun other who runs in a flash.
