Taking Oklahoma Real Estate Continuing Education Courses

Many agents are now finding that it saves them a lot of time to take their required classes on line. Every practicing agent in the state is required to complete 12 hours of course work every year. The Oklahoma real estate continuing education courses cover four main areas and must be fulfilled in order for the agents license to be kept in good standing. Those who have their license on hold at the time are not required to take the classes.

After completing the required classes and passing the state test newly qualified agents need to find a company to work with.
