To solve this, the government has set a regulation that children should do physical exercise at least 50 minutes every day. This will improve their physical fitness. At times, parents are so irresponsible that their children become stressed. Also, they might not perform well on academic. This will increase the level of stress to them. To reduce this, they must be allowed to interact with other children through games. Athletics allows the body to release stress reducing hormone known as serotonin . Issues like intestinal ulcer will not affect our children when they engage in games. Athletics is a fun way of games. Children will engage in laughing and cheering their friends as they run. This will reduce the stress associated with academic pressure.

Children who are always indoors are anti-social. Allowing them to go for sports programs will make them interact and form a friendship with other children. As time goes, this friendship develops into a long term relationship. When they engage in sports, children are taught about certain social skills that will be useful to them. They are trained on how to face a stranger and escape danger in their current and future lives.
