Seventh, enjoy a quiet place. Most people would prefer on listening to the sounds of the nature like the birds chirping or the sound of water that is running down into a stream. Having to hear these can be considered by someone as very relaxing. And also, this can improve concentration, improve healing, and increase happiness.

Eighth, avoid monotomy. Lastly, doing this can make you feel like you were a kid again. Jumping on puddles, jumping over the streams, climbing on logs, and ducking under the trees are some things that you can do. And thus, trails is considered to be a constant adventure.
