You must pair those socks with the most comfortable shoes for you. They are very helpful because they will let you run as fastest as you can without giving you any hassle at all. It is important that to try them several times to get used of the shoes.

You would not be going to a fashion show, therefore avoid picking clothes that does not fit the event. You do not go there to impress the rest of the runners with your fashion capability but instead be there to impress them with your running ability.
