Basically, a physically fit person has the stamina to run and when you outrun your assailant you will have won by defending yourself.

There are many styles as you may already know. Maybe you have heard about Taekwondo, Kung Fu, Karate, Sumo, and Judo. These are the main foundation on which the lessons are drawn. Some people opt for online lessons. This is equally good but not as effective as the physical lessons. Working it online is always faced with the challenge of discipline. Not many people remain consistent when doing it from the convenience of their homes.

Whichever class you choose, you should finish a better person. You will learn a lot of thing including discipline. You should never misuse your prowess by harassing people. It should always remain to be a protection mechanism.
