It even improves our concentration and our eyesight. One can survive in adverse or extreme climatic conditions like very hot, very cool, very windy etc. It helps to maintain and regulates the body parts.

Discipline is the first thing which is being taught on the first day. The lifestyle and approaching other people changes everything. It is always admirable to have such beliefs. The level of practice is all a key to the life. Life with such activities helps to be on the right path and also drives them to have the best career in life.
